Shipping policy

All purchases are shipped through either USPS or UPS.

All US shipping addresses are charged a $7 shipping fee for standard shipping unless the order exceeds $100. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Most packages will arrive in 3-5 business days after they have been processed.
Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information and the package's delivery date
Undeniably Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@undeniablychicboutique.com within 48 hours with your order number and we will give you further instructions on what to do!

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@undeniablychicboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
