Refund policy

"Love it or Loathe it" Return policy:

We have a 7 day "love it or loathe it" return policy! Our goal is to provide you with something you love but we do understand that things can change. Saw it online and you didn't look the way you pictured yourself in it?! We personally know that feeling and we got you! You will have 7 days after you receive your order to return it for a full refund on eligible items. This excludes any shipping costs associated with your order. You will then have 7 business days to return the order. If we do not receive your order within 7 business days your return will be cancelled.

"Return & Replace" Store Credit Policy: 

After the 7 day "love it or loathe it" return policy has passed, we offer an additional 7-day store credit return policy called "Return & Replace". You may return your eligible items for store credit so you can replace it with something you love. At this time, we do not accept any returns after 14 days. 

We DO NOT accept returns on merchandise without original tags attached, shoes that have been worn, bodysuits, sunglasses, jewelry, purses, hair accessories, sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items:

Final sale items include sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, purses, bodysuits due to hygiene reasons, all sale items.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
